Meditation/Betty’s Verse Of The Day/7-25-14

 

Romans 8:38-39 (NIV)

 

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

 

Sometimes we may feel alone..Sometimes we may feel no one is there to help us, to comfort us..We may disappoint friends or family..Sometimes they will hate us and not want to see us no more..But as you can read the above verse, think about what it says..My sister doesn’t speak to me no more, since momma passed which is two years in January and I haven’t seen her since..So she made it to where we are separated..But, see the words above? Nothing, not one thing will ever separate us from God’s Love in Christ Jesus our Lord..We are separated from the world, because we are not of the world, we are God’s children and not even this world can take that from us, let’s lift up our eyes to the heavens and worship our True God..Love BettyB..Let’s pray..

O Lord Jesus, please hear our prayers this morning..Lord, today we ask just for your touch, you touch that comforts us all the time..We worship your love Lord, we praise your Name..We know you will never leave us or forsake us, but in this big world things try to come between us, but you stop that, you guide us into your love, deep within your heart and there we live..In Jesus Name, Amen.
