There are lots of food allergies in my family.
But I think it is more likely allergies to the chemicals that have been added.

Try gluten free products, too. Both my daughter and her husband have had many allergies from mild to very annoying over the years. Son’s-in-law doctor told him to try eliminating the gluten. Both he and my daughter did that. Nearly all of their allergy symptoms are gone in just a few months.

my doctor told me to do that to..it’s hard though trying to get everything gluten free in the kitchen..
